This video isn't the best representation of his crawling, but you get the idea.
After a few weeks of being being in the house we thought we'd head over to the Children's museum and have some fun. Right now they have all their normal exhibits plus a Bob the Builder exhibit.
Both the kids had a blast playing in the water, working with tools and just generally exploring.
I have always wanted a white Christmas, well we got it and then some this year. The snow started falling early in the morning on Saturday the 20th and by the time the last snow fell on Christmas Day we had about 14 inches on the ground.
For several days we were effectively stuck at home, only venturing outside to play in the snow for an hour or so a day. It was great to spend so much time with just the family and made for a great week.
Michael officially loves Halloween! The idea of walking up to random houses, ringing door bells (very fun as well apparently) and getting candy for saying "trick or treat" is shockingly appealing to this two year old... who new ;-)
For our 2nd annual trek to pick out Halloween pumpkins this year we chose "The Pumpkin Patch" on Sauvee Island.
What a neat place; we went on a hay ride, picked pumpkins, checked out some animals and cool little farm store and Michael and Mommy went on a strange "cow" ride.
